Mr. Rishikesh Dhodapkar joined FFS (Forbes Facility Services) in August 2017 as a Business Head (Food Service). A seasoned hospitality professional with nearly three decades of essential leadership experience at well-known brands such as Sodexo, Integral Food Service (Qatar), Radhakrishna Hospitality Service, etc. Currently, he is in charge of the entire Integrated Facility Management & Food Service vertical for 250+ clients across India.

A seasoned HR professional with over 26 years of comprehensive experience spanning various industries including Manufacturing, FMCG, Media Entertainment, and Facility Management. With a multifaceted skill set and a proven track record, he has established himself as a strategic leader in HR, IR, Personnel, Legal Compliance and Business Administration.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a keen ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives, effectively driving positive workplace culture and fostering employee engagement. With a results-oriented approach and a dedication to excellence, he continues to be instrumental in driving our organizational success and fostering a dynamic work environment at FFS.

An IHM graduate and hospitality industry veteran with three decades of exposure and experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry. He has been with FFS (Forbes Facility Services) since 2005 and has been a driving force throughout the 16-year journey. His extensive hospitality knowledge has aided the company in a variety of industry verticals ranging from Mechanized Housekeeping to Horticulture. His culinary abilities have pampered the taste buds of our clients' Industrial Food Catering venues across India.

A dynamic, results-oriented individual with over 25 years of experience in Servicing Operations and Revenue Expansion activities in the corporate, institutional, and aviation sectors. His ability to lead diverse teams in order to run successful business operations, as well as his extensive experience in developing operational procedures, service standards for business excellence, operational policies, and guidelines for maintaining quality & hygiene standards with clear understanding, has been critical at FFS (Forbes Facility Services).

An incisive professional with over 17+ years of experience in complete Business Management in the Facility, Retail & Hospitality Industry. He is been associated with FFS (Forbes Facility Services) for more than 11 years managing the end-to-end business operations in the Southern & Western part of India. His expertise in strategic business planning, market & competition analysis supported by his pre-sales efforts has yielded good results over a decade.
