We recently underwent the main audit for IATF 16949 re-certification from January 8th to 10th, 2024, and I must express our utmost satisfaction with the exceptional housekeeping you maintained throughout this critical period and we even received appreciation from the IATF auditor for the high standards you upheld.

Our VVIP visit has been completed and there is no major observation found in terms of Plant Hygiene and Housekeeping. Vishwanath and the Team have done a superb job of demonstrating true team player and partner with HR in need of hour. Also thank you for providing the outside support which also help us a lot. We would like to appreciate the duty carried out by Anant Rokade, Unit Head of the FFS team deployed at MAHLE ANAND THERMAL System Pvt. Ltd. during the recently concluded MPS Audit.

He and his team have shown an exemplary ability to work under pressure during the entire audit process. He did great work in planning and executing all the allotted work. He has been cheerful throughout this journey of 20 days and kept motivating his teammates to deliver the best.

During the Kaizen Institute of India visit dated 20th April'23 & CII Industrial Visit dated 18th May’23 at our Chakan manufacturing facility, a group of 75+ Industry officials visited our shop floor and outside area.

During their visit, the FFS team contributed well to the plant, kept the outside area clean and neat, and took care of shop floor housekeeping, horticulture, and overall facility management activities.

It was a great team effort demonstrated by everyone during this preparation & we appreciate each one of them for their best efforts and the support extended during this visit.

We would like to thank you for the extended and endless support during our Global audit. This shows the FFS's commitment to keeping and maintaining Kellogg's Taloja plant in clean and neat condition and we expect the same kind of practices throughout the year from the FFS.

Special Thanks to Rupesh Sahu & Team- Dedicated and self-owned supervisor and Janitors, who lead this audit as a front liner without any HK non-conformance. We also appreciate your good practices of managing documentation and cleaning the consumables inventory.

We have been noticing good quality work delivered by the FFS housekeeping team deployed at Thaiyur & Thalambur facility in Chennai. We had a CEO visit the last month which was completed successfully and appreciated well for maintaining the factory clean and neat. We would like to appreciate their efforts & hard work. Please keep it up.

I would personally like to appreciate all the hard work and diligent effort that Mr Shrishail Kamble & Mr Vaibhav More have put in over years at Serum Bungalow (Pune). Their dedication to work, desire to experiment and find new ways of achieving goals, out-of-the-box thinking and personal involvement is unparalleled. Certainly, they are a great asset to your organization.

I monitor their work and therefore, I highly recommend Mr Vaibhav for the group leader position. Given a chance, I am sure that Mr Shrishail Kamble can produce much bigger results in large capacities.

Though there were initial concerns, I think there has been a drastic change in the upkeep of the premises. We really appreciate it. Your supervisors are doing a good job now and please guide them to continue doing or bettering the same.
